Aqaba North

2017
Aqaba, Jordan
Project Manager & Lead Designer at Utile

The North Project represents an opportunity to create a vibrant new community for the rapidly expanding City of Aqaba. It is intended to attract middle to upper-middle-income residents—both locals and second-home buyers—who have not yet been targeted at this scale of development. The overall design goal aims to blend the needs of these different target audiences into a single, cohesive community, with an emphasis on promoting healthy living.

Role: As the project manager and lead designer, I led a team of planners, urban designers, architects, and landscape architects to produce a new sustainable residential community.
